At Le Kater, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sofas. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. Below is our return policy for any issues related to our products.
No Returns
- Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damage incurred during delivery.
Damages and Issues
- Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly encourage you to inspect your sofa upon delivery. If you notice any damage or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.
- Reporting Issues: Any claims for damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at support@lekater.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customer Damage: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage caused by customer use, misuse, or accidents after delivery. This includes but is not limited to scratches, tears, stains, or any other damage that occurs after the item has been delivered and inspected.
Return Policy
- One-Sided Delivery: If a manufacturing defect or damage is reported within 48 hours, we will arrange for a one-sided delivery return. Our team will assess the issue, and if the product is deemed to be in acceptable condition by the customer upon delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours. After this period, we will not accept any returns.
- Assessment and Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
